1. We make the week about you, the students.
   It's not about us and what stars we think we are, or making you exactly like us. We realize that every clown has their own personality. We don't want cookie-cutter clowns. We give you the tools to develop your art in the way that best works for you. We know you are unique, and we want you to stay unique.
2. We will get to know you personally.
   
   Unlike most clown schools, our instructors are present onsite practically 24 hours a day. Campers can approach them with questions from morning to night and even at meals. They are not only the best in their field, but they are also exceptional educators. They will work with you to find out what is the best learning environment for you. Some will hold your hand, others will kick your butt. But one thing is for sure - they will make themselves available to you so you can become the best clown you can be!
3. We teach clown arts by doing clown arts.
   Among other clown arts tools, we use circus gags and an actual live performance to teach skills and confidence. We assume you are capable of being a great clown, so we can focus on how to get you there. Even if you have no aspiration to be a circus clown, these gags are the perfect vehicle to make you comfortable working with a partner and in front of crowd. Once you learn to play it BIG, you can play it small.
4. We provide small class sizees, so you get more personal attention.
   There is stronger focus on the details of your specialty. We have 6 Specialized Courses and numerous electives, so you can tailor-make your own curriculum.
5. You gain so much more than just an education.
   When you leave Moose Camp, you go home different than when you came. Sure, you will have learned new skills, gotten great advice, had a lot of fun, and made new friend..but what is all that without CONFIDENCE? We focus on building confidence - we believe that this makes for a better clown. Moose Camp is an once-in-a-lifetime experience that will leave you changed for the better.



6. PEP
   This stands for Personal Education Plan. This is a Mooseburger Exclusive - you can't get PEP anywhere else, folks! Everyone who registers for Mooseburger Clown arts Camp gets a phone consultation with Tricia Manuel (aka "Pricilla Mooseburger"). Tricia will talk with you about how you can make the most our of your Mooseburger experience. She knows this program like the back her gloved hand - after all, she founded Moose Camp! After your consultation with Tricia, you will be provided with a list of recommended courses, workshops, and labs to get you on the right track. PEP ensures that every hour at Moose Camp will be well spent; you will get the training you want and need. No more guess work, just quality education!



7. FREE Clown Workbook
   After you register, we mail you this personalized workbook free of charge so you can begin your education right away and get excited about Moose Camp! This workbook comes as a three-ring binder so you can keep adding to your education. It includes a clowning glossary, resource list for supplies and organizations, goal and character worksheets, check-lists for your career, ideas for improving your act, and tons of useful information. Every page is packed with practical and inspirational stuff! This will be a valuable tool in your clown club's library. Over two decades of experience has gone into this workbook, so you'll want to hang onto it for a long time! Alumni who already have their Clown Workbook will only get an addendum of the new sheets to insert into their workbook.
